It’s Tuesday evening, and everyone is working diligently. It’s clear as we’re all in the office, and the clock reads 19:15. The concept of hybrid working doesn’t exist, not even as a notion. 'I had a challenging conversation with the CEO, and I need your input. He wants to enhance company productivity in a ‘humane’ way. Give me your five best ideas—now! Actually, give me your best idea, and make it quick!'

'…how about adjusting the working days from five to six?'

'EXCELLENT!'
