Over the years, I’ve seen both sides of the river—first as an employee, doing my best to be part of a squad, a team, an organization, and more recently, as a leader, supporting my squad, my team, my organization.

Through this long journey, I’ve come to realize that in both 'conditions', we don’t actually need many things to be happy, feel engaged and connected —we just need three! and this is the topic for today, going through to what I see as very critical and important factors for an employee's wellbeing, engagement and eventually tenure.
