Bridging the gap: Learning and leading beyond age
At first, these introductions followed a neat, sequential order. But soon, a 'popcorn' approach took over, with participants jumping in spontaneously. This shift infused the room with a silent yet palpable craving for disruption, innovation, and fun.
Age has always been a bit of a puzzle for me. I haven't fully cracked its emotional and psychological layers, and I naturally gravitate towards feeling closer to younger generations.
But am I really as close to them as I think?
On one of my recent travels, I had the good fortune to engage closely with remarkable young individuals from all over Europe as part of a youth development program. This event wasn't just about showcasing their talents—it was a profound learning experience for me as well.
